Changing Source Component

When you want to operate the component that is not assigned as the source component, you can assign it as the source component.

Restoring Default

While holding down the [AUDIO]

button, press and hold down the

 

 

[ALL OFF] button until the [ALL

While holding down the REMOTE MODE button, press and hold down the [MY MOVIE], [MY TV], or [MY MUSIC] button (about 3 seconds).

The ACTIVITIES buttons that you pressed flashes twice, indicating that the setting has been established.

Examples:

When you press the [MY MUSIC] but- ton and want to start the Onkyo Cas- sette recorder, while holding down [TV/TAPE] button, press and hold down the [MY MUSIC] button (about 3 seconds) flashes twice.

OFF] button lights up (about 3

Release the [AUDIO] and [ALL

OFF] button again.

 

The [ALL OFF] button flashes twice.

Switching Normal Macro Mode

You can switch the AV receiver to normal macro mode from Easy macro mode, and vice versa. In the normal macro mode, you can use macro commands (see page 120).

While holding down the [RECEIVER] button, press and hold down the ACTIVITIES but- tons (about 3 seconds).

Note:

Once the AV receiver has entered the normal macro mode, all of the ACTIV- ITIES buttons will automatically switch to the Normal macro mode. In this case, pressing the [ALL OFF] but- ton will only set the AV receiver to Standby mode.
