S-Cmd 04 REPEATER CARRIER DELAY TIMER
This timer keeps the repeater transmitter keyed after the
receiver input has dropped. The repeater carrier delay is set in
tenths of seconds (100 milliseconds) increments.
SYNTAX: 04 [Time]

S-Cmd 06 REPEATER TELEMETRY MODE
Telemetry is divided into 4 groups: (ID, function complete/error, courtesy tones and everything else). This command sets the
telemetry responses to various modes to allow response to the above groups along with speech and CW select. This command
can be used to turn off the function complete and error messages while keeping the ID or courtesy on.
If mode data is set to 1, the controller will temporarily suspend the function complete message or error message. This
suspension of the message is one time only, and does not affect the previously selected global mode. This feature can be used
to keep a function complete message from occurring during a macro or user command. It is more commonly used during an
automatic command or scheduled co mmand.
