Setting the functions

￿￿Assigning preset data when emergency interrupts occur

Preset numbers can be assigned to execute presets for all the connected remote cameras when signals have been input to the TALLY/GPI input/output connector.

The presets are assigned using the GPI item on the [SETUP] menu.

From the [SETUP] menu, select [GPI], and display [EMERGENCY MD1], [EMERGENCY MD2] or [EMERGENCY MD3]. Then set the preset number.

This setting can be established for each GPI/O input.

￿￿Locking the button operations

This disables the operation of the CAMERA OSD button, and PRESET MEMORY/MENU buttons (1 to 7).

The button operations are locked using the MENU CTL item of the [SETUP] menu.

From the [SETUP] menu, select [MENU CTL] and display [MENU CONTROL]. Then set button operation enable or disable.

When “DISABLE” is selected, the following button operations are disabled:

￿MENU 1 to 7 buttons

(However, these buttons can still be used to execute preset settings.)
