≥The unit has malfunctioned. Consult your dealer.

≥“Monitor” on LCD Menu is “Off” (no image). Turn the unit off when no image is being played.

≥There is a problem with the battery pack. Turn the unit on and check the message on the LCD. (D below, 41)

≥Battery pack charge is low. The unit will turn off automatically after a few minutes.

≥Clean the disc. (> 5)

≥You inserted a disc that has not been finalized. (> 6)

≥A problem has occurred with the battery pack. Consult your dealer.

≥The battery pack has been recharging but has failed to recharge for some reason. Recharge again.

≥You are recharging in a location that is too hot or too cold. Recharge at normal temperature [i5 to i35 oC (i41 to i95 oF)].

≥The unit is starting up. Wait until the display disappears.

≥The unit is not operating correctly. Press [POWER Í/I] on the unit for 3 seconds or longer and turn off the unit. Then, turn on the unit again by pressing [POWER Í/I].

≥There was a problem when connecting the HDMI. j Connected device is not compatible with HDMI. j Use a cable with an HDMI logo.

j The HDMI cable is damaged.

≥BD-RE, BD-R, BD-Video or DVD Video with copyright protection cannot be played back since the device connected to the HDMI terminal is not compatible with the copyright protection.

≥Video cannot be output since the copyright protection information on the BD-RE, BD-R, BD- Video or DVD Video being played back is not valid.

≥A problem has occurred. (Numbers following the “F” or the “H” will be different depending on the status of the unit) Turn off the unit once, and turn it back on. Alternatively, turn off the unit, disconnect the AC adaptor and the battery pack, and attach them back again.

[DivX]: You are trying to play the DivX VOD content that was purchased with a different registration code. You cannot play the content on this unit. (> 20)

≥You inserted an incompatible disc (Discs recorded in PAL video, etc.). (> 6) ≥You tried to play a non-compatible image. (> 38)

≥Re-insert the SD card.

≥The disc may be upside down.

[DivX]: The DivX VOD content has zero remaining plays. You cannot play it. (> 20)

≥Some operations are unsupported by the unit. For example;

j [BD-V]: During playback, reverse slow-motion or reverse frame-by-frame is not possible.

≥Depending on the disc, you may not be able to perform search or skip when film previews and warning screens are being played back.

≥When a hub is used but its Link lamp does not light up, check the cable connection, LAN terminal connection, cable itself (a crossover cable may have been used by mistake), etc. (> 28)

≥The “IP Address” in “IP Address/DNS Settings” is “---. ---. ---. ---”. Set the “IP Address”, “Subnet Mask”, and “Default Gateway”. (Select the automatic address acquisition if necessary.) (> 29)

≥If you use a hub, then check the connection between the hub and the router. j Use the UPLINK port of the hub to connect to a router. (> 28)

j Check whether or not the hub’s Link lamp lights up. If it does not light up, then check the cable connection, LAN terminal connection, cable itself (a crossover cable may have been used by mistake), etc.

≥If the above conditions are OK, then the router may not operate in DHCP mode. Check the router settings and operation. You may reset the router to restore it to normal. (> 29)
