This is a type of PCM format.
These are uncompressed digital signals, simil ar to those found
on CDs.
MPEG2 (Moving Picture Experts Group)

images often don’t fit regular (4:3 aspect ratio) televisions. Two
styles of picture, “Pan & Scan” and “Letterbox”, deal with this
problem.
P CM (Pul se Code Mo dul atio n)

Router
Disti nguishes the IP address assi gned to each device, such as
the PC, and relays the flow of data within the network.
Sampli ng fr eque ncy
Sampling is the process of converting the he ights of sound
wave (a nalog sig nal) samples take n at set periods into digits
(digital encoding). Sampling frequency is the number of
s amples taken per second, so larger numbers mean more
faithful reproduction of the original sound .
Subnet mask
Enables efficient network use. A set of numbers which identify
which part of t he IP address allocated to every dev ice
connected to the router is the network portion.
VIERA CASTTM
An information service unique to Panasonic w here specific
Web sites can be viewed on this unit by connecting to the
Int ernet w ith ou t us in g a PC.
x.v.ColorTM
x.v.ColorTM is a name for devices that are compatible with the
xvYCC format, an international standard for expanded color in
mot io n pi ctur e s, and t h at follo w the r ul es fo r sig nal

video does not alternate scan lines like interlace, there is a
minimal amount of screen flicker.
