Inserting/removing an SD card
When using an SD card not from Panasonic, or one previously used on other equipment, for the first time on this unit, format the SD card. (l 89) When the SD card is formatted, all of the recorded data is deleted. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored. Copy valuable data onto a PC, DVD disc etc. before proceeding with the formatting. (l 96, 107)
Caution:
When the SD card is removed while the access lamp is lit, this unit may malfunction or the data recorded on the SD card may be lost.

| 1 Open the SD card cover by |

| sliding the OPEN lever B. |

| ≥ While sliding the lever, push up on the SD card |

| cover to open. |

| 2 Insert/remove the SD card. |
| | ≥ Face the terminal side C in the direction |

| shown in the illustration and press it straight in |

| as far as it will go. |

| ≥ Press the center of the SD card and then pull it |

| straight out. |
3 Return the SD card cover to its original position and press down to close.
