Listening to messages in common memory
When the unit receives voice messages;
—the NEW MSGS. indicator will flash,
—the call counter will show the total number of recorded messages, and
—a slow beep will sound if message alert (page 56) is set to ON.

«CALLS (call counter) Press (NEW\MSGS.\PLAY\BACK) lightly.
» Listening to all of the recorded messages
« Press (NEW\MSGS.\PLAY\BACK) firmly until a beep is heard.

Note:
¡During playback, the display shows the recorded order
of the messages.
¡Adjust the speaker volume using (VOLUME).

Voice time/day stamp:During playback, a synthesized voice will announce the time and day when each message was recorded.

Erasing recorded messages
»Erasing specific messages from memory:
»Press (ERASE) when the message you want to
erase is playing.
»Erasing all messages in common memory:
»1. Press (ERASE) after listening to all of the
messages.

»2. Press (START/COPY/SET).
