Port Forwarding
The Port Forwarding table allows you to control the access from the Internet to the home network. The Protocol, Forwarding Port and Forwarding IP Address can be specified in the table below.
³Entry |
| Select “ENABLED” or “DISABLED”. When set to “ENABLED”, the |
| entry works as specified. When set to “DISABLED”, the entry does |
| not work but will work when set to “ENABLED” later. |

³Protocol |
| Set the protocol(s) with which you use to send/receive a data from |
| the Internet by selecting from the protocol selector. The TCP, UDP |

³Forwarding Port |
| Specify the port(s) to receive data from the Internet. |
| ³When a single port is desired, type the port number. |
| ³When a range of port is desired, enter the range using |
| example, to specify the ports from 2000 to 3000, enter as |
| |
| than ending port number. |
³Forwarding |
| Set the local IP address of a computer in the home network. A data |
IP Address |
| from the Internet is forwarded to the IP address entered in this data |

| network. |
| Note: |
| |
| Setting the table may pose a security risk because the unknown |
| |
| packet is sent from the outside of the home network. Please set the |
| |
| table only when you need to. |
