5 Type in your e-mail address and password.

• You’ll need to get a hotmail address. If you do not have one, click on [Get a .NET Passport].

Please carefully read the displayed contents and then proceed.

There are times when a Version Upgrade screen will be displayed. However, if you are using Windows Messenger 4.5

or later, there is no need to upgrade.

6 Click on [Audio and Video Tuning Wizard] in the [Tools] menu.

• Select [USB Audio Device] in the [Microphone] menu.

• You can set the volume for playback or mic volume, etc.

• Also, confirm that the Palmcorder and PC are connected correctly.

The person you wish to access needs to do settings 1~6 also.

7 Select [File] -> [Add a Contact] to register the person you wish to access in Windows Messenger.

• Please enter the same e-mail address that the other person has registered with Windows Messenger.

• After registering the e-mail address of the person you wish to access, click on [Send E-Mail] and have the person register your e-mail address as well.

You cannot call a person who is not signed-on to Windows Messenger.
