When isolating the power source (procured locally)
It is suitable if the reset circuit is installed in a distance from
the MPEG2 encoder and it is under the influence of noise.
When supplying the power from the MPEG2 encoder
It is suitable if the reset circuit is installed near the MPEG2
encoder such as in the same rack and the connection
distance between them is short.
