2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
FUNCTION.
Turnto change the menu option; press to se-
lect.
Thefunction name appears on the display.
3 TurnMULTI-CONTROL to select the
function.
TurnMULTI-CONTROL clockwise or counter-
clockwiseto switch between the functions in
thefollowing order:
Playmode (repeat play)Random mode
(randomplay)Scan mode (scan play)
Pause(pause)Search mode (search meth-
od)Jacketart (jacket art read)
#Toreturn to the playback display, press BAND.
Note
Ifyou do not operate the function within about 30
seconds,the display is automatically returned to
theplayback display.
Repeating play
ForMP3/WMA/AAC/WAV playback, there are
threerepeat play ranges: Folder repeat (folder
repeat),Track repeat (one-track repeat) and
Discrepeat (repeat all tracks).
1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
Playmode in the function menu.
Playmode appears in the display.
2 PressMULTI-CONTROL to select the re-
peatrange.
PressMULTI-CONTROL repeatedly until the
desiredrepeat range appears in the display.
!Folderrepeat Repeat the current folder
!Trackrepeat Repeat just the current
track
!Discrepeat Repeat all tracks
Notes
!Ifyou select another folder during repeat play,
therepeat play range changes to Disc repeat.
!Ifyou perform track search or fastforward/re-
verseduring Track repeat, the repeat play
rangechanges to Folder repeat.
!WhenFolder repeat is selected, it is not pos-
sibleto play back a subfolder of that folder.
Playing tracks in random order
Randomplay lets you play back tracks in a
randomorder within the repeat range,
Folderrepeat and Disc repeat.
