To navigate menus and enter data, follow these tips:

Note	After 20 seconds of inactivity, the menu system automatically exits to the idle
	screen unless an edit session is in progress.


	If you want to...	Then do this...

	Enter the main menu	Press	.

	Exit the main menu and return	Press	.
	to the idle screen

	Return to the previous menu	Press		.


		In some cases, you can press the Back soft key
		to return to the previous menu.

	Scroll through menu items	Use	.
		When lists appear on more than one page, you
		can press the * key to Page Up, or press the
		# key to Page Down.

	Scroll through lists or fields	Use		or the Next and Prev soft keys.
