If you have an optional Maintenance Bypass Module or Power Distribution Module, turn the maintenance bypass switch to the SERVICE position. Otherwise, shut down the UPS.
Clear vents and remove any heat sources. Allow the UPS to cool. Ensure the airflow around the UPS is not restricted.
If the alarm disappears, turn the maintenance bypass switch back to the UPS position (or restart the UPS if you do not have a switch).
If the condition persists, contact your service representative.
