Programming the Auto Attendant
Auto Attendant will pick up and redirect incoming calls to other extensions in the system per the caller’s input. After you have finished programming this feature, press the AT- TENDANT button on the base to activate. The button will light when Auto Attendant is activated.
Auto Attendant Pickup Delay
This sets the time delay before the call is picked up by the Auto Attendant.
1.Press the MENU button while in standby mode.

with ID# set to 1 or 2, the default pickup delay time is 6 seconds with ID# set to 3 or 4, the default pickup delay time is 7 seconds with ID# set to 5 or 6, the default pickup delay time is 8 seconds with ID# set to 7 or 8, the default pickup delay time is 9 seconds with ID# set to 9 or 10, the default pickup delay time is 10 seconds with ID# set to 11 or 12, the default pickup delay time is 11 seconds with ID# set to 13 or 14, the default pickup delay time is 12 seconds with ID# set to 15, or 16, the default pickup delay time is 13 seconds
7. Press the SEL/SAVE button to save.
TIP: Set different Auto Attendant pickup delay times in different 25425’s.
