SETTING THE STREAM CONNECTION
In the Set Up section:
~Set the port number that you choose to stream over.
This is the number of the port that the player will use at
the receiving end of the stream. The default port
number is 8001. It is important that the same port
number is used at the server (DGy 201) end and at the
player end.
Note: The state of the connection is indicated by the
Connected indicator located in the lower portion of the
Streaming Tab. The indicator will be displayed as a
green box if the connection has been opened
successfully, or a red box if the connection was
unsuccessful. If the DGy 201 is unsuccessful at opening
a connection using the specified port number, it will
attempt to use the next available port number. Make
sure that the player is set to use the next highest new
port number. (for example 8002). Note that the port
number 8000 is reserved and should not be used for
this purpose.
STARTING THE STREAM
~Start the stream using the “Start” button.
STOPPING THE STREAM
~Stop the stream using the “Stop” button.
Note You must be sure to start sending the stream from
DGy 201 before you receive the stream from the DGy
