Entering an E-mail Address

When using Internet Fax transmis- sion, specify the e-mail address in place of the fax number. See p.51 “In- ternet Fax Functions (by E-Mail)”.

Note

You can enter up to 128 characters.

Note

If you enter an incorrect charac- ter, press [Backspace] or [Delete All]. Then, re-enter the charac- ters correctly.

Press [ProgDest] in this order to store the entered e-mail address in the address book. See p.37 “Registering Entered Destina- tions to the Address Book”.

Entering an IP-Fax Destination

When using IP-Fax transmission, specify the IP-Fax destination (IP ad- dress, host name, or alias telephone number) in place of the fax number. See p.68 “IP-Fax Function”.
