Note

❒Depending on the paper size and time when you cancel the trans- mission, you cannot cancel trans- mission of an Internet Fax.

3A Press [Change / Stop TX File].

C Press [Stop Transmission].

❒To cancel a transmission of an-

other file(s), repeat the steps B and C.

❒To cancel [Stop Transmission], press [Save].

D Press [Exit].

The list of stored files being transmitted or waiting for transmission appears.

B Select the file you want to cancel.

The standby display appears.

❒If the desired file is not shown, press [UPrev.] or [TNext] to find it.

❒There are cases when a destina- tion may not be selected as the destination appears as “*”, de- pending on the security set- tings.
