Searching for a Destination

Note

❒If you enter a wrong number, press [←] / [→] and [Clear] or {Clear/Stop} key, and then enter the number again.

E Confirm the entered fax numbers and press [OK].

Asearch-in-progress message ap- pears.

When the search is finished, a result appears.

F Select a destination.

Note

❒If the desired destination does not appear, use [U] or [T] to scroll through the list.

Search by E-mail Address

Limitation

❒You can search by e-mail address only. To search by fax number, see p.42 “Search by Fax Number” .
