■Selecting Auto (AUTO), Daylight (), Overcast (), Tungsten Light () or Fluorescent Light ().

A Set the mode dial to [ ] or [ ] and press the WB button.

B Choose the white balance (AUTO, ,

, or ) and then press the ENTER button.

C Press the shutter release button to record the image.

Note

•In AUTO mode, subjects lacking in white tones may not achieve an appropriate white balance. When shooting such subjects, add a white object to the composition.

•The flash will not fire when the white balance is set on (daylight),

(overcast), (tungsten light) or (fluorescent light) mode.

•Enable the keep settings mode to save the white balance mode setting. → P.108 “Keep Settings”

•Even with the same subject, colors may vary due to the weather conditions and light source (tungsten light or fluorescent light).
