Protecting a File (Protect)

You can protect important files from being erased accidentally.

Important	• Protected files will be deleted when the storage memory is formatted.
Note

■Protecting File

A Set the mode dial to [].

B Select the file to be protected.

●To protect a single file

Display the file to be protected using the

· buttons.

●To protect more than one file

Display the file to be protected using the

· buttons and press the FUNCTION button.

During thumbnail playback display, move the focus on the file to be protected and press the FUNCTION button.

Repeat this procedure to select more than one file.

C Press the MENU button.

D Select [PROTECT] and press the button.
