Basic Shooting

This section explains the general flow of shooting operation and provides basic shooting instructions.

Operation Flow

To record an image, follow the steps below.

Turn on the Camera

Turn the camera on. → P.24

Select a Recording Mode

Choose from four recording modes ( ·		·	· ). For basic
shooting, select	(Still Picture) mode. →	P.41

Select the Storage Memory

Choose the recording destination from card ( ) or internal memory ( ). → P.42

Select a Folder

Choose a folder in the storage memory in which to store the image files. → P.43

Select the Image Quality Mode

Check the Position of the Subject

➜	Check the position of the subject in the viewfinder or on the LCD

Set the Size of the Subject
