Recording Text (Text Mode)

This function enables you to record text. The text will be recorded under optimum conditions in two values, black and white. (The data can be recorded in less than one-third of the usual volume.) To produce a sharp, clear image, you can set the black/white contrast in five stages ( –2, –1, 0 (no display), +1, +2).

A Set the mode dial to [ ].

B Adjust the contrast using the buttons.

A minus setting will produce a lighter image, and a plus setting will produce a darker image.

Note • When shooting with a PC, adjust the contrast using “BRIGHTNESS”.

• and can be selected in Text mode.
