WARNING

Saw is factory wired for 120V opera- tion. Connect to 120V, 15-AMP branch circuit and use 15-AMP time delay fuse or circuit breaker. Failure to connect in this way could result in injury from shock or fire.

The saw must be properly grounded. Not all outlets are properly grounded. If you are not sure that your outlet is properly grounded, have it checked by a qualified electrician.

WARNING

If not properly grounded, this power tool could cause electrical shock, par- ticularly when used in damp locations.

WARNING

If electrical shock occurs, your reac- tion to shock could bring hands into contact with blade.

WARNING

To avoid electric shock or fire, immedi- ately replace worn, cut, or damaged power cord.

The unit is wired for 120V and has a plug that looks like this:

Grounded Outlet

The power tool is equipped with a 3-conduc- tor cord and grounding type plug listed by Underwriters' Laboratories. The ground con- ductor has a green jacket and is attached to the tool housing at one end and to the ground prong in the attachment plug at the other end.

The plug requires a mating 3-conductor grounded type outlet as shown above. If you have an outlet that is of the 2-prong type, it is recommended that you have a qualified electrician replace it with a properly grounded 3-prong outlet.
