TROUBLESHOOTING

Before contacting a Samsung authorized service center, perform the following simple checks. They may save you time and the expense of an unnecessary call.

 

 

Power

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Symptom

The battery pack may not be installed in your camcorder. Insert a battery pack to

The camcorder does not turn on.
