Mini Quiche | • Pastry |
|
200 g plain flour, 80 g butter, 1 egg
•Mixture
30 g bacon, cubed, 60 g Cream, 60 g Cream fraiche, 2 egg, 40 g grated cheese, salt and pepper
Method
To make the pastry, put the flour, butter and eggs in a bowl and mix to a soften pastry and then rest it in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Roll out the pastry and place in buttered metal tins (like muffin mould for 6 mini quiches). Mix the cream, cubed bacon, cream fraiche, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and pour the mixture into the moulds. Put them on the low rack. After cooking, stand for 5 minutes.
