Turning the Computer On and Off

Install the battery and connect the AC adapter. (Refer to the Getting Started Guide.)

Adjust the stand at the back of the computer to a comfortable angle.

Slide the Power Switch downwards.

The computer is turned on.

When running the computer on battery power, the LCD brightness is dimmed automatically to save battery power.

For the models with Touch Sensor buttons, press the MENU button and then press the , buttons for the Brightness to adjust the LCD brightness. p.57

For models without Touch Sensor buttons, press the User Defined buttons (▲/▼) while holding down the INTERNET button below the Mouse/Joystick buttons to adjust the LCD brightness.
