The system is restarted in restoration mode.

3 If you fail to find your symptom using Select by Symptom, close the Select by Symptom screen and click Restore from the main menu.

4 Select either Basic Restore or Complete Restore from the Restoration menu.

5 If you have selected Basic Restore, and you click the Next button, the system is restarted and boots up in restoration mode.If you have selected Complete Restore, select a restoration point, and then click the Next button.

The system is restarted in restoration mode.

The first time the computer boots up after a Complete Restore has been performed, the boot speed may slow down due to the system optimization process.

Available restoration points for the Complete Restore function

In the Complete Restoration function, you can select either Factory Status Backup or User Backup. If you have not created a User Backup, you cannot select User Backup.

When the computer boots up in restoration mode, the restoration progress message appears. If you click OK,

the restoration is performed. When the ‘Restart the System’ message appears after the restoration is complete, click OK to restart the system.
