Connecting the External Camera Module to CAM

1. Connect the extension cable to the AV Input/Output terminal of the CAM.

You can connect the External Camera Module Controller’s connector to the AV Input/Output terminal of the CAM.

2. Connect the extension cable to the External Camera Module Controller’s connector.

You may fix the External Camera using Tripod Receptacle or Mounting Band.

Notes

✤When the External Camera Module is connected to AV Input/Output of the Cradle, the [Record Start/Stop] button of the External Camera Module does not operate.

✤If you set the Hold function with the MP3/External Camera Hold switch, you can’t delete, lock or copy music files. You can only use Power switch and volume [+]/[ - ] buttons.

Externes Kameramodul an den Camcorder anschließen

1. Verbinden Sie das Verlängerungskabel mit dem AV-Anschluss am Camcorder oder an der Dockingstation.

Sie können das externe Kameramodul auch ohne Verlängerungskabel direkt anschließen.

2. Schließen Sie das Kabel vom externen Kameramodul an den Anschluss des Verlängerungskabels an.

Sie können das externe Kameramodul mit einem Stativ oder mit Halterungsband fixieren.

Hinweise

✤Wenn das externe Kameramodul mit dem AV-Eingang/-Ausgang der Dockingstation verbunden ist, funktioniert die Taste [Record Start/Stop] (Aufnahme Start/Stopp) des externen Kameramoduls nicht.

✤Bei aktivierter Taste HOLD (Sperrtaste für MP3/externe Kamera) können Musikdateien weder gelöscht, geschützt noch kopiert werden. Nur der Betriebsschalter und die Tasten [+]/[-] zur Lautstärkeregelung sind verfügbar.

Module. First, setup the External Camera in the Video

 

In mode. (See page 39)

 

1. Press the [Power] button on the External Camera Module.

2.Press the [Record Start/Stop] button on the External Camera Controller to start recording.

◆LED lamp lights in red.

The elapsed and remaining times are displayed and it starts recording.

3.Press the [Record Start/Stop] button again to stop recording.

◆ It stops recording and the CAM is ready again.

4.Press the [Power] button again to turn off the External Camera Module.

Notes

✤When the External Camera Module is connected, [Record/Stop] button of the main set does not operate.

✤When recording signal from the External Camera Module, the [Power] button of the External Camera Module does not operate.

✤Do not connect the Cradle when the Line Input of the set is in use.

Videoaufnahmen mit dem externen Kameramodul erstellen

Schließen Sie das externe Kameramodul an, um z. B. beim Sport direkt Aufnahmen machen zu können. Vor der Verwendung müssen Sie jedoch Batterien in das externe Kameramodul einlegen. Stellen Sie dann im Camcorder-Menü für den Videoeingang (Video In) die externe Kamera (External Camera) ein. (Siehe Seite 39.)

1.Drücken Sie am externen Kameramodul die Ein/Aus-Taste.

2.Drücken Sie zum Starten der Aufnahme am externen Kameramodul die Aufnahme-Start/Stopp-Taste.

◆Die Betriebsanzeige leuchtet rot. Die Aufnahme wird gestartet, und die Aufnahmezeit sowie die verbleibende Zeit werden angezeigt.

3.Drücken Sie die Aufnahme-Start/Stopp-Taste erneut, um die Aufnahme zu beenden.

◆Die Aufnahme wird beendet. Der Camcorder ist wieder betriebsbereit.

4.Drücken Sie am externen Kameramodul die Ein/Aus-Taste, um das Gerät auszuschalten.

Hinweise

✤Wenn das externe Kameramodul angeschlossen ist, funktioniert die Taste [Aufnahme/Stopp] des Hauptgeräts nicht.

✤Bei Aufnahme von Signalen mit dem externen Kameramodul funktioniert die Ein/Aus-Taste des externen Kameramoduls nicht.

✤Schließen Sie die Dockingstation nicht an, wenn Sie den Line-Eingang am Camcorder verwenden.
