Erasing 10-4 List Entries

Erasing an Entry in Your Personal List or Personal Group List

To erase a Contacts entry or a group entry:

1.From the 10-4 List, press Go to (left softkey) > Personal List or

Personal Grps.

2.Highlight the entry you want to erase and press Options (right softkey) > Erase.

Erase Group appears when you select Personal Grps.

3.Select Yes.

To erase a group member:

1.From the 10-4 List, press Go to (left softkey) > Personal Grps.

2.Select your desired group and press Erasing an Entry in Your Personal List or Personal Group ListPersonal Grps.Erase Group appears when you select Personal Grps. to display the group members.

3.Highlight the Contacts entry you want to erase and press Options (right softkey).

4.Select Erase > Yes > Update (left softkey).

Erasing a 10-4 List

You can erase all lists saved in the 10-4 (except Company List/Company Grp. List).

1.From the 10-4 List, press Options (right softkey) > Erase 10-4 List.

2.Select an option and press Erasing a 10-4 ListManual backgroundManual background .

Outgoing to erase all outgoing 10-4 calls.

Incoming to erase all incoming 10-4 calls.

Missed to erase all missed 10-4 calls.

All Calls to erase all 10-4 call history, except redial.

All Personal Ent. to erase all entries in Personal Lists and Personal Grps. You are prompted to enter your 4-digit lock code. (See “Unlocking Your Phone” on page 51.)

3.Select Yes.

Tip: The Redial number will not be erased.
