4.Select Yes to erase the event(s).

Tip: To erase completed events, from the monthly view, press Options (right softkey), and then select To Do List and follow steps 2 - 4 above.

Note: The Erase function will not delete events that you have designated as “secret.” (See “Event List Options” on page 75.)

To erase events scheduled before a specific time and date:

From the calendar display, press

Erase Memory > Erase Old > Yes.

To erase all scheduled events:

1.From the calendar display, press Options (right softkey) > Erase Memory > Erase All > Yes. (An alert will be displayed asking you to confirm the deletion.)

2.Press Yes (left softkey) to erase all events.

Note: Scheduled events include Schedule (see page 70), Call Alarm (see page 71), and To Do items (see page 72).

Going to a Specified Date

1.From the Calendar display, press Options (right softkey) > Go To Date.

2.Enter the date by using the navigation key and/or the keypad and press or OK (left softkey).
