If misfed paper has been fed into the copier in step 4 or paper has misfed on the transport belt, gently remove misfed paper not to touch the belt.

MISFEED REMOVAL

Open the upper right side cover to check to see if any

4 paper is misfed.

1 Grasp the handle and open the cover.

2 If any misfed paper is seen, turn roller rotating knob A in the direction of the arrow to feed the misfed paper into the copier.

3Gently close the upper right side cover.

5 Pull out the paper transport.

Remove any misfed paper from the paper transport.
