Accepting a call: Call rings: remove the handset from the charging unit or

press the Talk key c (automatic call acceptance can be

set).

External call: Press c, then dial the call number.

Or: o dial call number, then press c.

Internal call: Press . Then press 1...6 to dial internal call

number.

Transferring an external call to an

internal party: Press . Then press 1...6 to dial internal call

number. Press a before or after internal party answers.

Accepting an external call

internally: Call rings: remove the handset from the charging unit or

press the Talk key c (automatic call acceptance can be

set). Internal call. Press R to accept external queued

call.

Internal consultation: Press . Then press 1...6 to dial internal call

number. Consult internal party. Press R to return to ex-

ternal call on hold.

Redial function: Press u. Select desired number using and

then press c.

Accepting call waiting: An internal call is in progress. You hear the call waiting

tone. Press x . The external call is accepted

and the internal call is cleared down.

Setting handset volume: Press .. Select "Settings" and "Handset Volume"

menu options and confirm. Regulate the volume using

x or x and confirm by pressing u .

Activating open listening for

internal subscribers: An external call is in progress. Press u . Then

press 1...6 to dial internal call number. The external

call is placed on hold. Press x. The external

call is resumed and the internal subscriber can listen in.

Press uto clear down the internal connec-

tion.
