Important basic settings

Resetting the Gigaset 2000C handset to the factory defaults

You can use this procedure to reset the following settings to the factory defaults:

●	Ringer volume	6
●	Ringer tone	1
●	Handset volume	1
● Range warning, in-range beep		OFF

●Key beep, battery warning beep, confir- ON mation beep, error beep

● Automatic call acceptance, automatic		EIN
	backlighting
●	Baby alarm level	2
●	Language setting	German
●	DSS number, redial,	Deleted
	ISDN configuration
●	Select Services	ACTIVE

The handset PIN stored (➔ page 44) is not delet- ed.
