Sharing a PC presentation
General recommendation s for high end team collabor ation rooms,
team meeting rooms and showroom flo or are described on the
previous page.

Dual video stream

With dual video stream you can vi ew two different live vi deo streams
simultaneously, the main video a nd one additional source. T his could
for example be both a PC presentation a nd the person who gives the
presentation.
If one of the video systems does not sup port Dual Video Stre am, no
second video stream will be es tablished and the PC pres entation will
be shown as the main video.

Sharing the presentation

Make sure the PC do not cover any of the microp hones as this will 1.
reduce the audio quality at the fa r end
Locate the DVI cable and connect the P C to the video system2.
When pressing the PC button (3. ) on the remote control the
default presentation source i s activated.
The DVI/VGA input is compli ant with VESA Extended D isplay
Identification Data (EDID ) and will be able to notify the P C of the
supported output formats.

Troubleshooting if the presentation doe s not show

On most PC’s you must press a special key com bination to switch •
the PC image from the PC screen to the vid eo screen
Make sure the connector used for PC pre sentation is configured a s •
the default presentation sourc e.
Go to: Home > Administrator settin gs > Advanced
configurations > Video > DefaultPresentationSource (the
default value is 3, and correspo nds to ...Video > Input > Source 3)
Make sure your PC is set to activate your VGA outpu t•
