FUNCTION CLEAR key

When this key is pressed, all selected copy modes are cleared to default settings. Page 2-2 * Automatic Function Clear Right bottom of this page

STOP key

Use this key to stop an ongoing scan and copy operation. Page 2-15

START key

Press this key to start copying.

INTERRUPT key

While copying is already in progress, press this key when you want to make copies of different originals. Pressing the key again will return you to the previous copy job.

ENERGY SAVER key

When you are not going to use the copier for a while, press this key, which automatically turns off all display lamps. To resume copying, press this key again.

If you press this key when the optional printer controller is installed, the power supply to the printer board is not cut off, which allows automatic return of the device when it receives printer data.

TIMER lamp

TIMER lamp lights when the weekly timer is being used.

Clip tray

Put clips or staples unfastened out of originals.

Automatic Function Clear

Even if you do not press the FUNCTION CLEAR key, within the specified period of time after copying is finished or after the last key is pressed in a copy procedure, the automatic function clear mode will work to clear all settings to defaults, and the basic screen will be displayed. While the department management function is being operated, the display returns to the department code input screen. Page 1-9
