Installing the PCI Express Card

Install the optional PCI express card according to the following procedures and Figure 4-2, after checking that the computer is turned off in boot mode.

1.Insert the PCI express card gently until it stops and is seated securely.

2.Check that the PCI express card is seated securely.

After the PCI express card is installed, check the hardware configuration in the Hardware Setup or TSETUP program to make sure that the PC card is compatible with the current hardware configuration.
