Even if within the effective scope as described above, the remote control may malfunction or not work correctly in the following cases.
❑When an obstacle stands between the infrared receiver win- dow of your computer and the Remote Controller
❑When direct sunlight or strong fluorescent light strikes the infrared receiver window.
❑When the infrared receiver window or the infrared emission part of the Remote Controller is dirty.
❑When other computers which use an infrared remote control- ler are used near to your computer.
❑When a low battery condition is present.
Installing/Removing batteries
Be sure to install the dry batteries provided with this product before using the Remote Controller.The procedures for installing and removing the batteries vary depending on the type of the Remote Controller. Check the type and then install
or remove the batteries as instructed.
Store the battery for the remote control beyond the reach of children.If a child swallows a battery, this might result in choking. If it happens, contact a doctor immediately.
