Handset operation
Mute
• Dur ing a call , pres s th e MUT E/REM OVE key to disab le th e
microphone The screen wi ll display MUTED briey:
• Pr ess MUTE /REM OVE again to ret urn to norma l t wo-wa y
conversation MICROP HONE ON will display briey.
• Press OFF t o exit the redial review list
• When the desired number is reached, press or SPEAKER to
dial
• When the desired entry displays, press MUTE/REMOVE to delete
it. You’ll hear a conrmation beep will sou nd.

Intercom call
• Press IN T on the originating handset (HS1)
• INT ERCOM TO: will show on the screen
• Sele ct the handset number you wish to establi sh an intercom
connection (We’ll use handset number 2 for this example) The
display will show CALLING HA NDSET 2
• Hands et 2 CALLING HANDSET 1
• Press INT, SPEAKER, TALK, or any d ialing key on HS2 to p ick
up the call and the display will c hange to INTERCOM
• Press INT, OFF, or place HS1 back into its base or charger to end
the call
