Message playback
Press PLAY/STOP / to listen to new messages The system will announce the number of new
messages record ed and then star t playing them If there are no new messages, all old messages
will be played After the system plays th e last message, you’ll hear “end of messages ”
Announcements
1 When playback begins, th e system announces the total number of mes sages
2 Before eac h mes sage, you will hear the day and time it was
received
3 After the last message, you w ill hear “end of messages ”
4. If the system ha s less than ve min utes of recording ti me left, the
time remaining will also be ann ounced
Options during playback
1 Press
and to adjust the speaker volume
2 Press SKIP once to skip to the next message, or press and hold
to speed up the messag e playback, using the voice prompt of day
and time as index
3 Press REPEAT to repeat the message current ly playing Press
twice to listen to the previous me ssage, or press and hold to slow
down the message playback pr ocess
4 Press DELETE to delete the message currently pl aying
5 Press PLAY/STOP / to stop playback
