Your telep hone answ ering sys tem is pre-p rogram med with an
annou ncemen ts f or n ormal (ans wer and recor d) m ode and for
announcement only mode If the phone is set up to record messages,
the phone answers calls with “Hello. Please leave a message after
the tone ” You can use this announcement, or r eplace it with your
own recording
Record outgoing announcement
1 Press MENU, the system announces “Announcement. Press PLAY
or press RECORD. To continue set up, press S ETUP.”
