Conference call
It is possi ble to establis h a conference call between two handsets a nd
the external line
While one handset is already connected to the external line, the other
handset can j oin the call by p ressing A conferenc e call will be
immediately establishe d, both handsets will show:
Find handset
• To locate a misplaced handset , press FIND HANDSET on the base to
page all system handsets
• To end the page at the bas e, press FIND HANDSET again
• To end the page at the handset, press , SPEAKER, OFF o r any
dial pad key (0-9, *, #)

Call transfer
• While on an external call, any system handset (HS1) can transfer the call to another system handset
(HS2) by press ing INT The external call is put on hold automatic ally Then selec t the handset
number to be transferred
• HS2 will r ing and the screen will show HS1 IS CALL ING
• Pick up t he intercom call on HS2 by pressing /FLASH
• An intercom call is established and HS1 can communicate with HS2 prior to the external call being
transferred CALL TRANS FERRED will briey display on HS1.
If the transferred call is not answered wit hin 100 seconds, the ex ternal call will be ret urned to HS1
and the screen will show CALL BACK
