Using Your Oven

1. Put dough in oven.

NOTE: Be sure to close the door.

2. Press and hold Baked Goods

3. Start oven.	PRESS	YOU SEE
One long tone will sound when oven is		SET
preheated.	START	NIGHT LIGHT DELAY
		RAISING
		BREAD
		ON ENTER
		(display shows “Lo”
		until oven reaches
		100°F)
4. When proofing is done, turn	PRESS	YOU SEE
off oven.	CANCEL	(display will go blank)
	OFF
	(single ovens)
	OR

(double ovens)

The oven vent(s)

Hot air and moisture escape from the oven(s) through vent(s). The vent for the oven is above the oven door. This vent is needed for air circulation. Do not block the vent(s). Poor baking/roasting can result.
