Conector de la interfaz RS232

El conector en serie de tipo D de 9 clavijas de la interfaz se encuentra en la parte trasera del instrumento. Las conexiones de las clavijas se muestran a continuación:

Conexiones RS232 para Instrumento Único

Para el control remoto de un instrumento único, solo las clavijas 2, 3 y 5 están conectadas al PC. Sin embargo, para el funcionamiento correcto, se deben realizar enlaces en el conector del PC entre las clavijas 1, 4 y 6 y entre las clavijas 7 y 8, ver diagrama. Las clavijas 7 y 8 del instrumento no se deben conectar al PC, es decir, no utilice un cable con todos los hilos.

La velocidad en baudios se configura tal y como se ha descrito arriba en Selección de la Dirección y la Velocidad en Baudios; los otros parámetros están fijados, tal y como se indica a continuación:

Conexiones RS232 direccionable

Para el funcionamiento en RS232 direccionable las clavijas 7, 8 y 9 del conector del instrumento también se utilizan. Utilizando un montaje con un solo cable, se puede realizar un sistema de conexión de "cadena" entre cualquier número de instrumentos, hasta un máximo de 32, tal y como se muestra a continuación:
