L'interfaccia GPIB non è isolata; le messe a terra del segnale GPIB sono collegate alla messa a terra dello strumento.

I subset adottati sono indicati qui di seguito:

USB (solo per il XDL 35-5TP)

La porta USB viene collegata alla messa a terra dello strumento ed ospita un cavo USB standard. Le funzioni plug-and-play di Windows dovrebbero riconoscere automaticamente che lo strumento è stato collegato.

Uscite degli allarmi

A ciascuna uscita principale sono collegati 2 connettori a 2 pin ad incasso contrassegnati dalla dicitura Alarm, che consentono di interventire sul transistor di commutazione NPN opto-isolato, la cui funzione può essere impostata dalla tastiera; vedi la sezione Allarmi del presente manuale.

La tensione massima di esercizio che può essere erogata a tutti i morsetti è 20 V c.c. e il calo massimo di corrente per la chiusura dell'interruttore è 1 mA.

Verificare che le eventuali tensioni esterne erogate ai morsetti non superino i 30 V c.c.
