PROBLEM	CORRECTIVE ACTION

Can’t connect to a remote node or	Check menu 4 to verify that the My Login and My Password fields
ISP	have the proper entries.

	In menu 11.1, verify your login name and password for the remote
	node.

	If these steps fail, you may need to verify your login and password
	with your ISP.
