Troubleshooting
	Problem	Solution
	Mouse does not work • Make sure that the on/off switch on the mouse is in the On
	position.

•Adjust the angle of the receiver.

•Make sure that the batteries are installed correctly.

•Try using a non-reflective mouse pad.

•Repeat the procedure for establishing a connection.

Mouse is not detected	• Make sure that the receiver is plugged into a USB port.
	• Make sure that the USB port is configured correctly.
	• Check your computer’s device manager for resource conflicts.
Mouse pointer does	• Adjust the angle of the receiver.
not move properly	• Make sure that the batteries are installed correctly.
