	Purpose	Sets the OPC bit in the Event Status Register

	Description	The Operation Complete (OPC) command sets the OPC bit in the Event Status
		Register when all pending operations have completed. The OPC query will return a 1
		to the output queue when all pending operations have completed.

	*OPC?	1 (Returns the value of the Event Status Register)
