	Purpose	Reports the active signals in the First Latched register

	Query Response	Numeric ASCII in the range 0 to 65535

	Description	The FETCh:LATChed query reports the active signals in the First Latched register.
		The First Latched register records the active signals when the first new input channel(s)
		crosses its threshold.
		This information is also available at the VXIbus register level at offset 0x30.
