		Manually zero the gross weight. The effect of this function
	z (lower case z)	is temporary — it expires upon card reset.
	z (lower case z)	Response (versions 1.12, 3.09, 6.01, 7.00 and up):

		‘z’<c/r>.
	Z (Upper case Z)	Cancel the manual zero operation (the lower case ‘z’).
	(versions 1.12, 3.09,	That is, return to the original calibration zero.
	6.01, 7.00 and up)	Response: ‘Z’<c/r>.
		System reset (software reset to perform a restart as if
		turned off/on).
		Response (versions 1.12, 3.09, 6.01, 7.00 and up):
		‘S’<c/r> - possibly followed by additional binary
		character(s).
	S	Wait 6 seconds before accessing the board again.
