SmartVoice Gateway connecting directly to phone sets

After connecting telephone sets to Phone1-Phone4, users can make direct calls (Phone1-Phone4 are FXS interfaces). Each set acts as an independent extension line.

Integrating the SmartVoice Gateway with PBX

Phone1-Phone4 are FXS interfaces, and some of them can be connected to telephone sets for direct calls. Others can be connected to the PBX CO lines so that other extension lines can make VoIP calls.

Note:	The above diagrams show a 4-port SmartVoice gateway for illustration purposes.
	An 8 port SmartVoice gateway could also be used depending upon your network
	requirements.
